Refund Policy


No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges or process refunds or cancellations after order is placed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with getting you a new garment within 5 days after delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email at info@beautyandthewaist.com with photo details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to us: once exchange is approved.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of
the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product.

All Sales are Final! No Exchanges, No Refunds.

All of our products are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the sizing chart before placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.
